Scott Willingham has served as Vice President and General Manager of the Longhorn Sports Network since July 1992. He began his career with IMG College in 1989 working with the University of Texas property as an account executive. In 1990 he relocated to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to manage the LSU Sports Network.

Prior to IMG College, he spent three years as a Senior Account Executive with The Whitley Printing Company where the University of Texas was his primary account. He began his career in 1983 as an account representative with the A. B. Dick Company.

Willingham is a 1982 BBA graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He has served on the advisory board of the University of Texas at Austin Neighborhood Longhorns Program since 2001.
