Anna Slive Harwood
Director of Marketing & Business Strategies

Anna Slive Harwood joined IMG College in September 2007 as Director of Marketing and Business Strategies. She oversees the marketing, branding and messaging for IMG College’s collegiate properties. In addition, she coordinates national events, sponsorships, advertising, research, and media for IMG College. Slive Harwood also focuses on new business development of collegiate properties with the sales teams.

Previously, Slive Harwood was the Executive Director of the Atlanta Local Organizing Committee (ALOC) for the 2007 NCAA® Final Four®. She directed the operations of the ALOC and served as the liaison between the city of Atlanta and the NCAA. In that role, she was responsible for all operational planning and coordination for Final Four activities and events around the games.

Prior to that, Slive Harwood was part of the Georgia Tech Athletic Association, involved in athletic game operations, administration and marketing. Her other professional experience includes Arthur Andersen in Chicago, where she was a member of their Global & U.S. Marketing team and gained extensive experience in event management, marketing and branding.

Following Andersen, Slive Harwood joined advertising agency Leo Burnett, in Chicago, as an account executive before heading to graduate school at the University of Massachusetts where she earned a Masters in Sport Management. While at UMASS, Slive Harwood worked in their athletic department and was the Director of the YES Clinic for the 2003 NCAA Division I Field Hockey Final Four. Slive Harwood has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Northwestern University.
