Gary Saunders is the General Manager of South Alabama. In this role, Saunders is responsible for the marketing and multimedia rights managed by IMG College, including game day television and radio broadcasts, coaches’ shows, publishing, signage, Internet, game day events, promotions and hospitality, and corporate sponsors.

Prior to joining IMG College, Saunders served as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Cincinnati Reds' Spring Training operation in Sarasota, FL. Saunders has nearly 20 years experience in sports sales and sales management, having worked with affiliates of the Colorado Rockies, Houston Astros, Atlanta Braves and St. Louis Cardinals. Saunders is a graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
