Kim Ramsay serves as Vice President of Collegiate Operations for IMG College. She directs daily operations and management for all of IMG College's collegiate properties. Prior to her current position, Ramsay served as Vice President and General Manager of Big Blue Sports Marketing (BBSM) for nine years.

Previously, Ramsay was the Operations Manager for BBSM, organizing radio, television, game programs, coaches' endorsements and other areas within the BBSM property.

Ramsay joined Host Communications in March 1986 to work with the legendary "Voice of the Wildcats" Cawood Ledford. She became the General Manager of Cawood Ledford Productions until his retirement in 1992.
