Scott MacKenzie
Regional Vice President, West Coast Region

Scott MacKenzie joined IMG College in January 2009 as Regional Vice President for the West Coast Region. In this role, MacKenzie oversees several IMG College properties including Arizona, Gonzaga, Oregon and the West Coast Conference. In addition, he is responsible for new business development and regional sales.

MacKenzie joined IMG College from his role as Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Operations at University of Arizona. In 2006, he was promoted to senior staff and directed the department's efforts in development, marketing, ticket office, media services and event operations and facilities services.

During his thirteen years at the University of Arizona he held a number of positions including Associate Athletics, Director for Marketing and Development, Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing and Corporate Sales, Director of Marketing, Assistant Director of Marketing and early work as a marketing intern. He was highly involved in the creation and development of UA’s student section and spirit group, the Zona Zoo, and founded the University of Arizona Sports Marketing Association in 1995.

Prior to joining the UA staff, MacKenzie worked in the athletics departments at the University of Miami and the University of Colorado primarily in marketing and development.

He received a bachelor degree in business administration in 1992 from the University of Montana, his home state, and a master's in sports administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, Fla. in 1996.

MacKenzie is an active member of the Tucson Conquistadores and The Centurions.
